Why color?
Coloring is a great way to relax and practice mindfulness. It allows you to enjoy working with the medium--markers, colored pencils, gel pens, whatever!--and pick colors that suit your mood in each moment. Try switching up the medium mid-project. Mixed media coloring can make for a textured and even more nuanced artwork.
